We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Machining Division to lead regional manufacturing operations across Malaysia and Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multi-site machining and manufacturing operations.

Drive CNC machining, precision engineering, and process excellence.

Oversee production, engineering, quality, and continuous improvement.

Manage divisional P&L, budgets, cost optimization, and operational KPIs.

Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, productivity, and quality improvements.

Lead plant leadership teams and support strategic business growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

15+ years of manufacturing / precision engineering experience.

8–10 years of senior leadership experience in machining operations.

Proven experience managing multi-site or regional manufacturing plants.

Strong exposure to CNC machining and industries such as aerospace, semiconductor equipment, or high-precision engineering.
