The General Manager's Assistant and Office Admin provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to a Management Team member. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations through effective calendar management, meeting coordination, and organisation of company-wide events and bookings. The incumbent acts as a key point of contact, supporting efficiency, organisation, and professionalism across internal stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Manage and maintain the General Manager's calendar, including scheduling meetings, prioritising appointments, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate company-wide events, including venue bookings, meeting rooms, catering, and related logistics. Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of events and meetings.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up on action items.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives led by the Management Team: Provide administrative and coordination support for office movement or relocation projects, including planning, scheduling, and logistics coordination. Liaise with internal stakeholders, building management, vendors, and service providers (e.g. movers, contractors, IT teams) to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate communication related to office movement activities, timelines, and updates to employees.
- Track project milestones, documentation, and approvals related to office movement activities.
- Support post-move activities, including setup coordination and issue tracking.

- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent tools.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy when handling confidential matters.
