  • Strategic Leadership:

  • Market & Product Strategy:
    Oversee comprehensive market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis to guide project concepting, pricing strategies, and product positioning across multiple developments.
  • Brand Leadership:
    Champion brand excellence by driving both corporate branding initiatives and tailored marketing strategies for individual property projectsensuring consistent brand identity and market visibility.
  • Business Performance & Growth:
    Formulate and monitor annual sales and marketing plans, budgets, and performance KPIs, ensuring strong ROI and alignment with the company's business objectives.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Sales & Marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Collaborate closely with senior management, project development, and customer relations teams to ensure seamless alignment of product, market, and business goals.
  • Requirements
