Your Role in VT Markets
As a General Marketing Manager, you will report to the Head of Integrated Marketing & Promotions based in Singapore as part of the Global Marketing Centre of Excellence (COE). In this strategic role, you will serve as the central coordination point for marketing initiatives across the region, driving integrated marketing campaigns and product positioning strategies that directly support the company's expansion goals and market penetration through comprehensive multi-channel marketing execution and brand management.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a marketing position, preferably in the financial industry.
Technical and Functional skills:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with marketing automation, Google Analytics, Power BI, preferred.
- Experience with advertising campaigns, integrated marketing
- Experience in marketing material preparation from brainstorming new initiatives through implementation.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical background.
- Excellent organisational, time management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills.
- Driven, passionate and independent worker who is also a great team player.
- Strong proficiency in English written and spoken language a must.
- Ability to converse in Chinese language will be advantageous.
Your Responsibilities
- Builds market product/marketing plans.
- Serves as a single point of contact on marketing issues and resolution.
- Coordinates the development and review of communication materials with appropriate resources.
- Leads development of marketing collateral to support marketing plans.
- Coordinates with public relations to support marketing initiatives.
- Previous marketing experience developing and managing automated, journey-based omnichannel campaigns preferred.
- Previous marketing experience with alternate funding arrangements preferred.
- Use data and analytics to draw meaningful insights and trends to guide marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with the regional and global marketing teams to create new multi-channel marketing initiatives, including development, implementation and measuring results.
- Coordinate with external partners (suppliers etc.) and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and events.
- Manage the development and manage fulfillment of collateral and brand materials. Ensure content is regularly updated and accurate.
- Ensure quality assurance for marketing materials and promotions.
- Partner with the marketing technology team to ensure proper measurement of relevant KPIs.
- Liaise with Design team to manage implementation of content & campaign materials.
- Work directly with web developers to maintain websites with approved up-to-date materials and content.
