Genesys Developer

We are looking for an experienced Genesys Developer to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing Genesys solutions, with a focus on delivering high-quality results that meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Genesys-based solutions to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and design system architecture.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Genesys applications.
• Participate in system testing and validation to ensure optimal performance.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest Genesys technologies and industry trends.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-15 years of experience in Genesys development and implementation.
• Strong understanding of Genesys software suite including Genesys Cloud, PureEngage, and PureConnect.
• Node JS,SQL and Genesys platforms, Genesys Implementation and Genesys tools
• Experience with SIP, VoIP, and telephony integration.
• Knowledge of database management systems such as SQL Server or Oracle.
• Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members.
