The Role
The Global Account Manager will be responsible for driving strategy, execution, and growth for a major global strategic customer; ensuring their needs are met while driving business growth. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
The position reports into APAC with a dottedline alignment to global account leadership.
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills to effectively manage global accounts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in strategic global account management or sales.
- Strong analytical skills.
