Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Global Business Development Manager, located in Subang Jaya with flexibility for some remote work. The primary responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to expand international business operations and sales. You will be building and managing client relationships, creating business plans, and identifying new market opportunities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the alignment of business development efforts with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in International Business Development and International Sales
• Strong skills in Business Planning and strategic thinking
• Proven proficiency in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and work independently
• Experience in working with multicultural teams and understanding of global markets is a plus
• Ability to speak and write Mandarin is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a relevant field
