Responsibilities
As a Global Customer Manager at Accomy, you will play a vital role in developing and nurturing relationships with key customers, understanding their business objectives, and driving value from our platform. You will be responsible for orchestrating customer success strategies, promoting product adoption, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Each day in this role will present unique challenges and opportunities. You will engage with larger commercial accounts (500-2000 FTE), building lasting relationships and identifying new growth avenues. Your efforts will contribute to Accomy's expansion and solidify our position as an industry leader.
