Job Description

Aqualis Group is building a market-leading Asset Integrity Management (AIM) proposition by connecting and growing the AIM services already delivered across the Group. You will define, package and scale this proposition into a scalable international growth platform. The initial focus will be on developing a coordinated client offering across facilities, structures, pipelines and wells, while accelerating the growth of existing AIM services. Initial priority markets will include Asia Pacific, the Middle East and South America.

The role will sit within our Longitude business segment and work closely with the Group sponsor and leadership teams across Aqualis Group. Early success will be measured by completion of the AIM business plan; the launch of a clear, repeatable market proposition; development of a qualified international pipeline; initial strategic project wins; and establishment of a scalable delivery model across the Group.

What will you be doing

  • Develop and own the AIM strategy, business plan, operating model and implementation roadmap.
  • Create a coordinated proposition covering Facilities, Structural, Pipeline and Well Integrity Management Systems (FIMS, SIMS, PIMS and WIMS).
  • Identify priority clients and opportunities and support regional teams in developing and converting the international sales pipeline.
  • Provide senior technical leadership and ensure appropriate governance, methodologies, standards and quality across AIM delivery.
  • Coordinate technical capabilities and delivery resources across Aqualis, developing a collaborative network of subject matter experts.
  • Guide selective development of digital and data-led integrity solutions, building on existing Group platforms and capabilities.
  • Identify capability gaps and recommend recruitment, partnering or acquisition opportunities where these would accelerate growth.
  • Report progress, commercial performance and strategic recommendations to executive management and the Board.
  • Forward planning of workload (short and long term) through co-ordination with the regional managing directors.
  • Support invoicing and cash collection activities with support from finance to ensure compliance with WIP and cash collection targets.
  • Support the management of projects in terms of safety, quality, schedule and (in combination with discipline heads) resources.
  • Review and approval of tenders in accordance with delegated authority matrix.
  • Identify R&D opportunities, engage with regional director and other sector and discipline heads for approval of R&D opportunities.

What are we looking for

  • Educated to degree level in a relevant engineering discipline. Accreditation with a professional engineering body is beneficial.
  • Proven experience of building and scaling an Asset Integrity Management business within the O&G and Offshore sectors.
  • Proven leadership track record and experience of financial and portfolio responsibility.
  • Demonstrated experience with the management of complex projects and challenging stakeholders.
