Global ERP Cutover Lead

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the global ERP cutover strategy and plan, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and business requirements.

Lead cutover planning activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, data migration, system transitions, and process changes.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage mock cutovers to ensure readiness for go-live.

Identify, mitigate, and escalate cutover risks and issues to minimize business disruption.

Provide post-go-live support, work closely with hypercare teams, and capture lessons learned for future deployments.

Maintain cutover documentation and provide regular progress, risk, and status updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading SAP ERP implementation and deployment projects.

Strong project management expertise; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.

Solid understanding of ERP systems, cutover management, and data migration processes.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated leadership experience in global, cross-functional environments and the ability to perform under pressure.

Strong planning, coordination, and execution capabilities with a results-oriented mindset.
