Responsibilities
About the Team: The Global Finance Helpdesk team is a sprightly team under the finance department. We are committed to providing financial consulting services for employees around the world. The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the finance helpdesk and respond to incoming inquiries during designated hours. This position is eligible for overtime. Responsibilities: - Address global finance inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, and provide professional financial suggestions. - Work closely with cross-functional and global finance departments, and stay up-to-date on internal finance policies and practices Mandarin will play the same important level as English to deal with stakeholders and users sitting in the China region. - Be proficient in the company's global and local financial policies, process and system, as well as other financial-related matters. - Collect and analyze past consults to improve the team's overall efficiency and satisfaction rating. - Identify financial risks and report urgent problems in a timely manner, and proactively make recommendations for the improvement to business management from a finance point of view.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with 1-2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or the financial services sector. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. - Willingness to work night shifts, including overnight schedules (e.g., 12:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. or 11:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.), depending on business needs. - Strong logical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex financial topics and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations. Preferred Qualifications: - Business-oriented with a client service mindset. - Able to work and think independently under pressure, while also being a strong team player. - Self-motivated, responsible, and open-minded.
