You will be part of the Global Finance Innovation COE and supports the global finance business process optimization / standardization. You will cover finance resource gaps and participate in global projects (S4 Hana and Central Finance). You will support the global finance innovation streams (P2P - Procurement to Pay, R2R - Record to Report and O2C - Order to Cash) in the organization optimization by standardizing, simplifying and automating processes. You will ensure consistency and standardization of onboarding activities and defining the optimal organization structure within finance. You will be reporting directly to P2P Stream lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Active participation on global projects (S4 Hana and Central Finance)
- Global finance process optimization and standardization
- Support finance resource gaps
- Be a finance subject matter experts where needed
- Develop and implement process metrics
- Design and implement dashboards
- Implement new technologies and ways of working
- Drive process and organization change
- Present to process stakeholders reports on the progress, problems and solutions
- Ensure that the finance innovation-driven projects deliver the committed goals
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT /finance or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT, project team and BPI environment
- Expertise in Finance processes, data analytics, AI, coding, and Power BI development
- Excellent PC skills (MS Office including Power pivot, Power BI, Oracle/SAP)
- Technical and business thinking
- A team player with the ability to learn and work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships
- Strong time management and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks
Desired Qualifications
- Experienced in developing successful methods of collaboration among global clients and coworkers
- Knowledge in SAP (FI-CO) and SAP Central Finance is a plus
- Knowledge in Oracle Financials is a plus
- knowledge of other language rather than English is a plus
