Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Petaling Jaya. The Global Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage HR strategies and processes for international workforce operations. Key responsibilities include coordinating global payroll and benefits, ensuring compliance with employment regulations across diverse regions, managing cross-border hiring processes, and addressing employee relations matters. The role also involves developing HR policies, supporting talent management initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align HR practices with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive understanding of global HR practices, labor laws, compliance, and payroll administration.
  • Experience in talent management, employee relations, and international hiring processes.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to foster collaboration and manage cross-border teams.
  • Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and organizational skills to manage complex international HR operations.
  • Proficiency in HR software, HR analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM or CIPD) are a plus.
  • Ability to operate in a multicultural and dynamic environment, with experience in global settings preferred.
