You Will Play An Important Role In
- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the company's products.
- To exceed customers expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.

- Candidate must possess at least an SPM and above.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin will be advantage (spoken).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Paid training will be provided
- Willing to work in rotation shifts and weekend
- Willing to work at Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya
