  • Contract & Project Administration Monitor variation works, verify specifications, and ensure Certificates of Practical Completion are properly prepared and documented for all contracted works.

  • Project Delivery Management Oversee construction execution to ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and budgetary constraints throughout all phases.

  • Stakeholder Coordination Manage relationships and communication channels with main contractors, design consultants, and on-site teams to facilitate seamless project implementation and operational efficiency.

  • Compliance & Standards Drive effective deployment of quality management systems (ISO standards) and maintain compliance across all project activities.

  • Quality Assurance & Rectification Track and oversee resolution of customer-raised defects and complaints, ensuring all remedial works meet client satisfaction levels and contractual requirements.

  • Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Support Partner with the HSE Department in developing, implementing, and monitoring occupational health, safety, and environmental management protocols.

  • Additional Responsibilities Execute other duties as directed by management to support organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Degree in Building, Civil or Structural Engineering, or Project Management.

  • Ideally, candidates with project management experience in high-rise residential or industrial developments.

  • Minimum 10 years experience in the property development sector, with at least 5 years in a comparable role.

  • Familiarity with the entire property development lifecycle.

  • Knowledge of infrastructure projects is a plus.

  • Strong expertise in construction management, contract administration, and budget oversight.

  • Good understanding of architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.

  • Skilled in engineering design details and capable of making prompt decisions on contract and site-related issues.

  • Proven leadership skills and excellent interpersonal abilities to build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally.
