We're looking for someone who is hands-on, analytical, and genuinely passionate about digital marketing.
This role is ideal for a marketer who enjoys working with campaign data, improving website traffic and conversions, testing new strategies, and finding better ways to reduce cost per acquisition.
You should be someone who can manage campaigns independently, communicate clearly with internal teams and clients, and provide practical recommendations to improve digital marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Communicate with clients and senior team members on campaign status, performance, and outcomes
- Ensure a consistent service level across each account and brand
- Work closely with internal teams and team leads to ensure digital marketing best practices are followed
- Manage clients digital marketing budgets effectively
- Plan and execute SEM strategies to increase website traffic and conversions
- Identify opportunities to run lead generation campaigns and capture quality leads for clients
- Use reporting tools to assess digital channel performance and minimise cost per acquisition
- Provide recommendations on website improvements based on client markets and campaign needs
- Support website changes required as part of the overall digital strategy
- Identify high-traffic industry websites and implement targeted online advertising campaigns
- Work with the management team to develop bespoke online advertising campaigns for lead generation
- Collaborate with internal marketing and content teams on content ideas, traffic generation, and link-building opportunities
- Research and develop new Google Ads strategies with account managers
- Conduct regular campaign audits to identify errors, gaps, and optimisation opportunities
- Support ad-hoc digital marketing tasks and projects when required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong SEM knowledge and ability to propose strategies for implementation and optimisation
- Good understanding of digital marketing, paid media, website usability, and conversion concepts
- Experience managing paid advertising budgets and campaign performance
- Able to analyse performance data and recommend practical improvements
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
