What You'll Do
- Support Sales & Distribution on assigned areas with a focus on achieving KPI sales targets.
- Execute and monitor the effectiveness of sales strategy and promotion plans while seeking new opportunities to expand U Mobile touch points.
- Deepen dealer loyalty through activations and build trust by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Ensure dealers are equipped with proper knowledge and training on the full range of products, systems, and up-to-date POSM.
- Perform trade events, visits, and provide tactical ground support to ensure optimum sales performance.

About You
- Diploma in any field, with a final CGPA of 3.0.
- Must possess own transport and are willing to travel.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of working experience in a Telco or FMCG-related environment.
- Sales driven with a good track record and a high level of discipline.
