Your GAP Journey

The GAP is a 2-year program designed to develop the next generation of leaders in key business functions such as Technical Sales, Marketing, Solution Development, Design, Production, Business Development, and Project Engineering and Implementation. This program offers an immersive experience, where you’ll be exposed to various aspects of the business from day one, taking on meaningful responsibilities and making independent decisions early in your career.

As you progress, successful candidates will have the opportunity to focus on a specific segment of the business that aligns with their interests and strengths. You’ll also benefit from extensive on-the-job training, solving real business challenges, and receiving mentorship from experienced engineers and managers. Regular access to top management will also provide valuable insights into decision-making at higher levels.

We are seeking graduates who:

• ⁠ ⁠Have a Bachelor’s degree in any engineering or technical discipline.
• ⁠ ⁠Have a CGPA of at least 3.5.
• ⁠ ⁠Have graduated within the last 2 years.
• ⁠ ⁠Demonstrate strong leadership skills in extracurricular or voluntary activities.
• ⁠ ⁠Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• ⁠ ⁠Are eager to take the big picture view while being able to dive into the details to deliver results.
• ⁠ ⁠ Mandarin/Cantonese/Hokkien speaking candidates have an added advantage.
