Role Description

Looking for candidates interested to do PhD either part-time or full-time, based in UTP (Seri Iskandar, Perak, Malaysia). Students are open/invited to propose any research titles in areas related to either energy or fluid engineering or thermal engineering (including flow-induced vibration, fluid-structure interaction, biomechanics engineering etc.)

The Graduate Student will be involved in conducting in-depth research, collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, and collaborating on scholarly publications. Responsibilities may also include assisting faculty with academic activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (mechanical/energy/marine/fluid engineering would be an advantage)
• Passion for research and lifelong learning with a commitment to academic excellence
• Sponsored or funded candidates are also encouraged to apply

Benefits:

If successful, for full-time PhD students - RM3000/month allowance + tuition fees covered by UTP.
