Key Responsibilities

• M&A Activities - Assist in completing the relevant task which may include data gathering, preparing analysis and valuation, preparation of Board Paper and other task that is relevant and consistent with corporate strategies and value enhancing.
• Funding Requirements - Assist in completing the relevant task in relation to funding requirements of the company and its group of companies.
• Sustainability Reporting - Assist in completing the relevant task in relation to meeting the companys sustainability requirement.
• Research and Strategic Planning i.e. market research and competitive analysis i.e. industry trends and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
• Financial Analysis / Valuation / Modelling

Other administrative tasks

• Assist colleague in data gathering and ensuring it is in order.
• Prepare the necessary reports as and when required.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance / Economics / Accounting /
• Fresh graduates with less than 1 year experience
