Job Purpose:
To provide structured analytical, coordination and administrative support to the Managing Director's Office by assisting the Special Officer in preparing management materials, tracking MD directives and ensuring effective execution of MDlevel priorities.
Key Accountabilities:
- To prepare accurate, wellstructured firstcut briefs and presentation materials to support the Special Officer and MD in timely decisionmaking.
- To maintain and update a central tracker of MD directives and action items to ensure visibility, followthrough and timely escalation of risks.
- To compile and summarise data and information into clear analysis notes to support MD Office reviews and recommendations.
- To assist in coordinating MDlevel meetings by preparing agendas, materials and minutes, and issuing action items promptly.
- To maintain MD Office records and correspondence with strict confidentiality, proper filing and version control.
- To provide research and execution support for MD Office adhoc tasks and special projects within agreed scope and timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management or any equivalent fields.
- Good Stakeholder Management Skills
- Able to handle confidential information professionally and with integrity.
- Able to start immediately is a plus and fresh graduate or any with less than 1 year of experience in the field.
- Basic project coordination or project management knowledge will be beneficial.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
