Job Brief

To support the Operations Team by providing project management support, research and financial analysis including the preparation of materials to support effective decision-making. The role works closely with internal and external partners, aligning, distilling and simplifying complex insights to meet strategic objectives and timelines.

Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects by tracking timelines, milestones, risks, and interdependencies.
  • Maintain project documentation, action trackers, and progress reports to ensure smooth, timely delivery of outcomes.
  • Draft meeting minutes, follow-up notes, correspondences with key stakeholders and follow up on action items to maintain alignment across parties.
  • Support the organization of workshops, meetings, and engagement sessions.

Research and Financial Analysis

  • Conduct research, benchmarking, data collection or validation, and analysis to support project delivery or operational planning.
  • Support financial modelling, scenario / sensitivity analyses, and operational assessments to evaluate options and recommendations.
  • Assist in summarizing complex information into clear insights and preparing meeting or presentation materials and status updates for internal and external stakeholders.

Performance Monitoring and Other Operational Support

  • Support the monitoring of OpCo initiatives to improve profitability in order to secure stronger revenue growth and cost savings as per target.
  • Support preparation of presentation decks, management updates, board papers and other reporting deliverables, as required.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and emerging priorities consistent with departmental needs.

Requirements

  • Good written and verbal communication skills, written proficiency in Mandarin is essential
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to details; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adaptively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Ability to conduct research, perform financial analysis, with understanding of corporate finance.
