The Role
As a Product Development engineer, you will collaborate with various Product Development Groups to bring-up and ramp new products which include Plan, debug and handling manufacturing and characterization test programs for next-generation AMD microprocessors.
The Person
A successful candidate is one who can perform in a role that requires accountability for accuracy, reliability and completeness of assignment results critical to the project's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate new product features, test conditions, test methodologies, and test contents during first silicon bring-up
- Develop debug tools for customer issues triage and analysis.
- Optimize the debug tools analysis flow for better user experience.
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python and Ruby script
- Good understanding of Linux, Unix or Windows OS
Academic Credentials
- Bachelor's or Master's in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or comparable disciplines.
