Program Overview

The 6-month Regional Wealth Management (RWM) Graduate Trainee Program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive learning experience, enabling you to gain invaluable insights into the world of Wealth Management in Banking. Through a series of jobattachment& deployment across Hong Leong Wealth management, you will develop a holistic understanding of our operations, products and services, preparing you for a successful career within Wealth Management.

Program Structure:

• Structured 6-month program with hands-on experience and exposure to Wealth Management Business
• Mentoring and guidance from industry experts, nurturing your professional growth
• At the end of the program, you will be deployed as aExecutive inSales Strategy and Intelligence

We are looking for someone with

• Degree in any related field with a min CGPA of 3.2 and above, or Diploma holders with less than 2 years with relevant working experience
• Passion to succeed career in Wealth Management
• Strong relationship management skills and problem-solving abilities
