The Opportunity

Create high-impact design for a large Australian brand across marketing, communications and business initiatives. Working with the Creative Director, Marketing Manager and wider teams, you will take briefs from concept to final artwork across campaigns, digital, social media, presentations, reports, events and collateral.

What You'll Do

• Develop creative concepts and production-ready artwork for marketing and communications activities.
• Design digital and print assets for campaigns, social media, websites, email, presentations, reports, brochures, signage and events.
• Turn strategic messages and campaign objectives into clear, engaging visual communication for diverse audiences.
• Adapt master creative across formats, channels and specifications while maintaining strong brand consistency.
• Support integrated campaigns from concept to final production using photography, illustration, video and other visual assets.
• Manage briefs and deadlines, collaborate across teams, and maintain organised files and reusable design assets.
  
  

Key Criteria

• 3+ years professional graphic design experience, ideally in an agency, corporate marketing or similar environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and polished production design, plus strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Experience designing for digital and print, supported by strong fundamentals in typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, colour and visual communication.
• Proven ability to apply brand guidelines, adapt creative across channels and deliver accurate, production-ready artwork with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication, collaboration and deadline-management skills; motion graphics, video editing, Figma or experience with complex organisations is advantageous.
  
  

Work setup

• Kuala Lumpur (Mid Valley City): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm MYT) with a full onsite setup during the training period and transition to hybrid of 3x onsite and 2x W ork - F rom - H ome after successful completion of training
• Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6am - 3pm PHT or 7am - 4pm) with a full onsite setup during the training period and transition to a hybrid of 3x onsite and 2x W ork - F rom - H ome after successful completion of training
