Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer/Creative Executive that would like to join us. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure to deliver high-quality designs on time. Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to ensure design consistency across various media platforms.

Develop compelling and effective designs, including logos, packaging, printing, point of sales material and digital media.

Stay updated on industry standards, technology advancements, social media trends, competitive landscapes, and market movements.

Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and prepare final draft for review.

Develop illustrations, and other designs using design software or hand-drawn techniques.

Use appropriate colors, layouts, and branding guidelines for each graphic.

Work closely with marketing manager to finalize designs.

Test graphics across various media formats and ensure they meet quality standards.

Amend designs based on feedback and ensure final visuals are visually appealing and on-brand.

Demonstrate the ability to work independently to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Occasionally assist with events if manpower is insufficient, supporting setup or visual consistency.

Visit retail outlets to monitor product displays and provide feedback for improvements.

Qualifications:

A strong portfolio of designs, illustrations, and other creative work (packaging design is required).

Familiarity with design software and technologies such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)

A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work methodically, meet deadlines, and handle pressure with minimal supervision.

Strong ability to complete work independently without compromising quality or timeliness.

Photography skills are an advantage.

Willingness to support events and visit outlets for product-related tasks.
