But we need someone to bring that mission to life visually.
We are on the hunt for a Graphic Designerbut really, we need a visual storyteller. Someone who can bridge the gap between premium quality and daily convenience through design, turning a simple cup of coffee into a memorable moment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- More than 2 years of hands-on design experience preferably in F&B, e-commerce, or retail sector
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Motion graphics (After Effects) or Figma skills are a massive plus!
- Familiar with AI-driven tools, such as ChatGPT and Gemini.
- Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual composition.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Willing to learn, open to feedback, and a good team player.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to churn out multiple adaptations without losing an eye for detail.
- Have a portfolio that has a strong showcase of campaign adaptationswe want to see how you take one KV and roll it out across multiple different formats.
Job Role
Your primary mission is to produce design that meets our campaign needs; this includes using pre-approved Key Visuals (KV) and evolving them into high-impact tactical assets across our entire ecosystem.
- Retail Transformation: Turn campaign KVs into storefront posters, wobblers, digital menu boards, and standing banners for 160+ locations.
- App & Digital: Design seamless UI banners and promotional assets for the Kenangan Coffee mobile app and social media (feeds, stores, and simple ads)
- Campaign Rollouts: Execute seasonal and tactical campaign visuals (LTOs, flash sales, festive bundles) with speed and precision.
- Brand Guardianship: Ensure every piece of localized content adheres strictly to our brand DNA while remaining relevant to the Malaysian market.
- Assist with basic video editing for social media and internal use.
- Collaborate with marketing and other related teams to understand briefs and execute designs.
- Contribute fresh ideas and creative input during team brainstorming.
