Job Description

Job Summary

The role is responsible for developing visual concepts and producing high-quality designs across digital and print platforms that align with the company's brand identity and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, product packaging, and other communication materials.
  • Develop creative layouts, illustrations, and graphics that effectively convey brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to ensure consistent branding across all channels.
  • Produce engaging digital content (banners, infographics, GIFs, ads, email templates, etc.).
  • Prepare final artwork files for production (print-ready and digital-ready formats).
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative outputs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and/or other design tools (Figma, Canva, CorelDRAW, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and branding principles.
  • Experience in both digital and print design.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
