Job Summary
The role is responsible for developing visual concepts and producing high-quality designs across digital and print platforms that align with the company's brand identity and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, product packaging, and other communication materials.
- Develop creative layouts, illustrations, and graphics that effectively convey brand messaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to ensure consistent branding across all channels.
- Produce engaging digital content (banners, infographics, GIFs, ads, email templates, etc.).
- Prepare final artwork files for production (print-ready and digital-ready formats).
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative outputs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and/or other design tools (Figma, Canva, CorelDRAW, etc.).
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and branding principles.
- Experience in both digital and print design.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
