Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer (Senior Executive) to support branding, packaging, and marketing visuals for a fast-growing FMCG food brand focused on healthier food choices. The role requires strong creative execution, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure brand and design consistency across all online and offline platforms
- Design packaging, logos, printing materials, POS materials, and digital assets
- Conceptualize visuals based on marketing and branding requirements
- Prepare final artwork and revisions based on internal feedback
- Work closely with the marketing team and senior creatives
- Stay updated on design trends, digital formats, and market developments
- Adapt designs for various media formats and ensure quality standards
- Visit retail outlets to review product displays and suggest visual improvements
- Provide occasional support for events or visual-related tasks when required
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in graphic design (Senior Executive level)
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Design or related field
- Strong portfolio required (packaging design experience required)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Photography skills are an added advantage
- Willing to visit retail outlets and support events when needed
