Job Description

Job Responsibility

Design Leadership : Lead UI/UX design projects, from conceptualising user flows to creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, providing design expertise and guidance.
User-Centric Approach : Conduct user research and usability testing to continually improve our products based on user feedback and data.
Brand Consistency : Ensure designs align with brand standards and contribute to the development of our design language.
Effective Communication : Regularly discuss design concepts and decisions with both technical and non-technical team members.
Innovation and Creativity : Continuously seek new ways to enhance user experience and interface design across our platforms.
Strategic Thinking : Partner with leadership to align design initiatives with business goals and user needs.

In Your First Month, You Will

Job Requirements

Experienced : 3+ years in UI/UX design, particularly in digital products.
Creative and User-Focused : Strong portfolio demonstrating a user-centered design approach and creativity.
Skilled in Design Tools : Proficiency in tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Knowledge of Front-end : Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Detail-Oriented : Exceptional attention to detail in typography, color usage, and layout.
Strong Communicator : Ability to articulate design decisions and iterate based on feedback.
Team Player : Collaborative mindset and experience working in agile environments.

Nice-to-Haves

Specialised Skills : Experience in motion design or illustration.
Research Proficiency : Background in conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions.
