Role Description The Grocery Cashier role at Berkat Madinah Sdn. Bhd. is a full-time, on-site position The Grocery Cashier is responsible for operating the cash register, processing customer transactions accurately, and handling cash, cards, and digital payments securely. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, answering basic product or price inquiries, maintaining a clean and organized checkout area, and issuing receipts and change. The role also involves assisting customers with bagging items, resolving minor pricing or billing issues, and directing customers to relevant store staff when needed. The Grocery Cashier works closely with the store team to support smooth front-of-house operations and a positive customer experience.
