Role Description
- Handle Accounts, Finance, Taxation and Secretarial matters for Group Level, including subsidiary companies.
- Prepare, Review, Analyse Monthly Group Consolidated Management Accounts and Performance Review Report
- Ensure compliances Finance Practice with company policies and relevant accounting standards
- Assist Group Year-End Audit for relevant work requirements and compliances
- Assist Stocks Valuation & Budget and Profit Forecast.
- Undertake Process Improvement & Digitalization Initiatives, process standardization and alignment in a consistent manner across various functions
- Liaise with External Advisers, agencies and regulatory authorities, auditors, tax agents, bankers and government departments
- Assist in Ad Hoc assignments and related tasks assigned by the management.
