Your new role

  • Develop and execute comprehensive branding and marketing communication strategies across the group to strengthen brand visibility and achieve defined marketing and sales goals for assigned projects and campaigns. Ensure consistent brand representation across all business units and platforms.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of integrated brand campaigns spanning digital, social, and traditional media channels, ensuring alignment with the company's brand vision and long-term objectives.
  • Perform market research and competitive analysis to monitor industry trends and competitor activities, using insights to refine brand positioning and identify differentiation opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution and secure strategic media coverage.
  • Track and evaluate campaign performance using KPIs, report on outcomes, and provide actionable recommendations to optimise future branding and marketing efforts.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the property development or construction industry.
  • Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, Hospitality or Business Management.
  • Good problem-solving, writing, administrative and PR skills are a must.
  • Strong in content writing for internal and external communication, public relations and event coordination.
  • Knowledge of online marketing, digital campaigns, analytical skills and knowledge of how to translate data into profitable action is necessary.
