About The Role
We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven
Group Business Manager to lead key accounts, drive new business growth, and deliver integrated marketing solutions across multiple channels.
This role requires a strong
integrated marketer who can connect
ATL, Digital, and On-Ground Activation, while building strong client relationships and leading a high-performing team. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, leading pitches, and shaping strategic campaigns for major brands.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and grow key client accounts, ensuring strong partnerships and outstanding service delivery
- Develop integrated marketing strategies across ATL, digital, and activation channels
- Drive new business development, including identifying opportunities, leading pitches, and closing deals
- Manage the end-to-end business development cycle from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure
- Lead and mentor a high-performing account team, ensuring strong collaboration and delivery standards
- Work closely with senior leadership to achieve revenue targets and identify market opportunities
- Drive strong creative and strategic briefs to deliver high-quality campaign outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Possess at least Diploma / Advance Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business / Marketing or equivalent
- 7 years experience in ATL, BTL, Digital, Social and Retail/Shopper activation roles
- Meticulous and have a good sense of business acumen
- Process driven and had the agency's interest at heart
- Independent & confident in meeting clients
- Able to lead by example, maintain good spirits and contribute to team morale
- Experience working with large budgets and high-profile accounts
- Confident in pitching techniques and experience taking sole responsibility for projects
- Adaptable to new environments and work processes
- Strong knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
