Job Description
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support business goals.
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Provide strategic financial insights to guide decision-making and business planning.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve operational excellence.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.
- Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with other C-Suite members to drive organizational growth and success.
The Successful Applicant
A successful CFO should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are preferred.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Proven expertise in financial management within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Must be willing to travel to manufacturing site periodically and weekly.
