Group ESG Coordinator

Position overview

The Group Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Coordiantor is crucial position to support Crown Worldwide Group's sustainability agenda to the next level. The incumbent is responsible for capturing the necessary information and data for reporting and business proposition purposes, to report progress and achieve sustainability objectives and targets. The candidate will be pivotal in the analysis of data in the co-ordination of the Environmental and Sustainability Management System across the group and facilitate on-going ESG improvement.

Key responsibilities

  • Liaise with all internal (e.g. IT, Finance, HR) teams, business units, countries, and suppliers to gather, track, and analyse information and data pertaining to ESG.
  • Support and assist all business and countries to develop and implement activities to achieve group carbon and other ESG targets
  • Maintain various registers, databases and action trackers relevant to ESG for internal and external reporting and communications.
  • Offer ESG content support to various business units, globally and regionally, on RFP, RFI processes.
  • Showcase Crown's ESG efforts by reporting to relevant sustainability framework (e.g. GRI, CSRD), membership (e.g. UNGC) and rating agency (e.g. Ecovadis, CDP)
  • Research best practice, emerging trends, and concepts in ESG

Qualifications & Experience

  1. At least 2 years of corporate or consulting experience in data/sustainability, fresh graduates with strong background, drive, and passion in sustainability are encouraged to apply
  2. Bachelor's degree and above
  3. Good analytical and numerical skills
  4. Independent, attention to detail, persistent, and reliable
  5. Good communication and people skills
  6. Working knowledge in sustainability reporting and rating framework is a plus.
