Group Finance Manager to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

A Rapidly growing Malaysia-based health and wellness company specialising in Premium functional foods, supplements, and science-backed nutritional products. Group has expanded its presence across Asia-Pacific with e-commerce platform & offline channel.
Your new role
- Lead the group-level Consolidation of multiple international subsidiaries and ensure accurate Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Manage Intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and minority interest calculations While ensuring compliance with MFRS/IFRS standards.
- Oversee Group budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis to support Strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate External audits, statutory reporting, and tax compliance across different Jurisdictions.
- Play A key role in SAP S/4HANA implementation, improving financial systems, Reporting structures, and internal controls across the group.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CMA).
- Minimum 10 years of experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role; Big 4 audit experience is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, local accounting standards, and tax regulations
- Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills; able to work under pressure.
