A market leader within the FMCG sector is seeking a Group Finance Manager/Senior Manager to support ongoing business growth and establish a structured regional finance function in Singapore.

The position manages financial consolidation, intercompany accounting, and group financial reporting across multiple regional business entities. Operational duties include overseeing month-end closing activities, intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, and statutory audit compliance. The manager will direct and mentor offshore accounting teams, establish internal controls, and ensure compliance across regional corporate income tax and transactional tax requirements. Furthermore, the role actively supports enterprise resource planning system enhancements, operational process standardization, and financial research for market expansion strategies. The ideal candidate is someone who is driven, proactive and have a track record of leading a team.

skills and experience required.

Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, with a professional qualification such as a CPA or CA preferred. A minimum of 6 years in group consolidation, corporate accounting and financial reporting is required.
