We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic
Group Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of the Group, ensuring accurate reporting, financial compliance, and strategic financial planning.
This role manages internal and external financial obligations, leads budgeting and forecasting, and provides financial insights to support business decision-making.
01 Job Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly management reports with detailed analytical reviews across all subsidiaries.
- Manage the Group's internal and external statutory financial reporting obligations, including audits and taxation compliance.
- Ensure finance ledgers are maintained accurately and in a timely manner, structured to support internal reporting requirements.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts for the Group, including annual plans and six-month reforecasts.
- Monitor and manage the Group's profitability and cash flow, providing financial foresight and insights to the Chief Financial Officer.
- Work closely with finance heads of subsidiaries to ensure proper invoicing, debtor management, and creditor management.
- Approve payments within the Group in accordance with established financial policies and procedures.
- Lead and manage the Finance team, fostering engagement, operational efficiency, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Work with local teams to formulate business strategies and support initiatives that drive sustainable financial growth.
- Review and implement finance systems, policies, and procedures to enhance financial controls and improve financial practices.
02 Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, audit, finance, or a related financial management function.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Good knowledge of taxation and transfer pricing principles.
- Strong bilingual communication skills in English and the local language.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, multi-sheet formulas, and financial data analysis.
- Experience working in global multinational companies will be an added advantage.
- Experience in leading and managing finance teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking and financial forecasting expertise.
- Strong personal planning and time-management skills with the ability to meet critical reporting deadlines.
