Group Financial Controller

Group Financial Controller position for an investment holding company listed on the main market of Bursa.

Listed on the main market of Bursa, this investment holding company has businesses in different industries. They are looking for a Group Financial Controller to be the next CFO in the coming years.

Your new role

Reporting to the CFO, you will be overseeing the accounting & finance operations of the holding company.

You will be involved in the following but not limited to:

• Ensure accurate and timely closing (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
• Coordinating and completing annual audits
• Involved in any transformation within the finance team, such as digitalisation, process improvements, implementation of systems.
• Managing the teams within different subsidiaries.

What you'll need to succeed

• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
  
• At least 10 years of experience in a management/leadership position within financial reporting or accounting.
  
• Experience working in a Malaysian Public Listed Company.
