Job Description
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of group consolidated financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
- Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow to optimize financial performance.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to maintain transparency and compliance.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to local & regional tax regulations and manage tax-related matters.
- Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to achieve departmental goals.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Drive transformation initiatives across the function and wider group
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Finance Controller Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.
- Big 4 trained
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
- Experience in leading transformation initiatives
