about the job

• Strategic & Operational Leadership, direct and supervise full-spectrum Human Resource, L&D, and Corporate Administration functions, including payroll, compensation and benefits, employee/industrial relations, and performance management.

• Governance & Policy Compliance, formulate and review organisational policies in compliance with relevant employment legislation, while managing relationships with statutory bodies and preparing strategic papers for Board and Committee meetings.

• Talent & HR Digitisation, drive the implementation of integrated HR technology systems, evaluate competency gaps, and manage succession planning to optimise workforce capability and long-term talent utilisation.

• Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory, serve as a strategic advisor to executive management, maintain internal/external communication networks, and oversee employee counselling to support broader business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline, with at least 16 years of progressive leadership experience;

• Background within a Public Listed Company (PLC), Government-Linked Company (GLC), Asset Management or corporate institutional setting is strongly preferred.

• Strong analytical capabilities coupled with excellent written and verbal fluency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Driven, collaborative team player with high adaptability and willingness to travel locally and outstation as required.
