Group Manager-Tune & Test Cigarette
Job Description
Your Role In Our Team
- Lead and inspire a team responsible for testing and tuning complex cigarette making machinery
- Drive a culture of safety, LEAN thinking and practices, and continuous improvement
- Uphold high 5S standards and promoting operational excellence in the Tune & Test area
- Develop, optimize and maintain efficient assembly and testing procedures
- Plan and coordinate resources to ensure on-time, in-full machine delivery
- Monitor and contribute to company-wide KPIs, including productivity and quality
- Manage customer feedback and ensure swift and effective resolution of complaints
- Support capacity planning and workforce development in collaboration with leadership
- Degree/Master in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with excellent results
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical machinery assembly and testing
- Proven leadership skills and a collaborative mindset
- Strong command of English and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 applications
- A proactive, responsible, and committed approach to workExperience in leading teams is a strong advantage
