Group Operations Data Lead

Role Overview:

TheGroup Operations Data Leadwill drive end-to-end data enablement for strategic initiatives, ensuring compliance with global data standards and solution blueprints across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:

•Global Solution Design:Develop solution blueprints aligned with Group data standards.

•Implementation Coordination:Guide LBUs in data readiness, pipeline setup, and compliance.

•Testing & Deployment:Validate data quality and compliance before go-live.

•Ongoing Governance:Maintain alignment with Group data architecture and standards.

Requirements:

•Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.

•10+ years in data lifecycle management and governance.

•Hands-on experience with analytics, AI data foundations, and cloud platforms (Azure/GCP).

•Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

•Insurance or financial services domain experience.

•Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across geographies.
