•10+ years in Data lifecycle Management including data quality, data architecture, data delivery, data standards, meta data, master data, acceptable data use, data risk and data governance. Experience in developing and executing data strategy is an added advantage
•Proven experience implementing data quality, metadata, lineage, privacy, acceptable usage governance
•Understanding and hands on experience of analytical and operational data stores, model feature data, data labelling, model governance, data readiness assessment
•Insurance or Financial Services experience preferred (Party/Policy/Claims/Advisor/Health data models advantageous)
•Hands-on experience with Azure or Google Cloud
•Proven track record managing delivery teams of data professionals e.g. data analyst, data architect, data modeler, for at least 4+ years
