Group Product Manager (Pharmaceuticals)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Set, lead and monitor the marketing strategy for Intrinsic Care (Consumer) products to ensure achieving the set brand equity that will enlarge the market segment for the products.

2. Lead and monitor the branding marketing strategy and activities to ensure they are aligned to the objectives set.

3. Carry out brand and marketing evaluation plan to ensure continuous mitigation measures are effectively put in place.

4. Manage and track all resources for marketing strategy and plan to ensure optimizing resources as well as meeting the objectives set.

5. Lead, develop and monitor all the marketing communication for the Intrinsic Care products to ensure effective and efficient implementation that will meet the set objectives.

6. Monitor the marketing creative production policy and process for Intrinsic Care products to ensure timely delivery and meeting the budget set.

7. Lead the coordination and communication initiatives with the Principals of EP Plus Group to ensure efficient brand marketing and brand management.

8. Manage and control the overall budget for the Intrinsic Care Section to ensure optimizing resources and achieving set business objectives.

9. Lead and coach the Intrinsic Care team to ensure they are equipped with the required competency to effectively and efficiently carry out the demands of their roles.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

1) Knowledge

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Science equivalent

2) Skills

Development of business and marketing strategy

Strong conceptualization ability

Communication (writing and presentation skills)

Ability to lead and manage a team

3) Experience

Minimum 5 years of working experience, with at least 3 years in product management and marketing related experience in Pharmaceutical industry, OTC products or Nutraceuticals

Experienced in developing and executing marketing plan

People management skill; with at least one direct report
