Key Responsibilities:
User Acquisition & Growth
- Design and execute targeted user acquisition campaigns focused on gamers and creator-led experiences.
- Own the creator-to-user acquisition funnel, from KOL onboarding and activation to user conversion, repeat usage, and retention.
- Track and optimize key growth metrics including MAU, DAU, retention, conversion rate, CAC, and LTV.
- Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights to Business Development and Product teams.
KOL & Partnerships
- Identify, onboard, and manage gaming KOLs, streamers, and creators as acquisition partners.
- Leverage an existing network of gaming KOLs to accelerate user growth.
- Develop and execute KOL-led campaigns and partnerships across platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Discord.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and best practices in creator-led growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance teams to translate creator and user feedback into platform improvements.
- Support product launches and feature rollouts by aligning acquisition strategies with product goals.
Requirements:
- Min 2 years experience in user acquisition, growth, partnerships, or KOL/influencer marketing, preferably in gaming, esports, creator economy, or digital entertainment.
- Strong understanding of creator-led growth and how KOLs drive user acquisition and retention in gaming communities.
- Established network of gaming KOLs or creators and hands-on experience activating them as growth partners.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and optimizing acquisition and retention metrics.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Passion for gaming culture and online creator communities.
