Job Description

We are looking for a results-oriented Growth and Partnership Executive to drive the commercial expansion of our product. While our Product Managers build the platform, your goal is to accelerate its adoption through strategic alliances, B2B partnerships, and acquisition channels. You will act as the face of the company to external stakeholders, identifying opportunities to integrate our solutions into new ecosystems and managing relationships that drive user acquisition and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Acquisition & Management

  • Identify, scout, and reach out to potential partners (e.g., financial institutions, platforms, or affiliates) that align with our growth strategy.
  • Lead the negotiation and structuring of partnership deals, ensuring mutual value and alignment with business goals.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with key partners, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure successful onboarding and integration.

Growth & Go-to-Market Execution

  • Develop and execute joint marketing campaigns with partners to drive user acquisition and brand visibility
  • Identify new market segments and distribution channels to lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and increase volume.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create sales collateral, pitch decks, and case studies tailored to prospective partners.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Input for Product: Act as the voice of the market by gathering partner requirements and feedback to share with the Product Management team. ( Distinction: You request the feature; the PM builds it.)
  • Work with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure partnership agreements meet regulatory standards, particularly for financial products.

Performance Analysis

  • Track and report on the ROI of partnerships and growth campaigns (e.g., leads generated, partner-driven revenue).
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to keep our partnership value proposition competitive.

Skills and Qualities

  • Business Development: Strong ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals. You are comfortable doing cold outreach and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with external stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Commercial Acumen: Ability to understand business models, revenue sharing, and the economics of a partnership.
  • Strategic Communication: Excellent English communication skills (Chinese proficiency is a plus) to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Data Literacy: Ability to analyze campaign performance and partnership metrics to justify decisions.
  • Proactive Attitude: You don't wait for leads; you go out and find them.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Account Management, or Growth Marketing.
  • Experience within the Fintech or Financial Services sector is highly preferred (existing network is a bonus).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, Tech) to deliver partnership requirements.
