User Acquisition & Lifecycle Management

Project Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of dedicated marketing

growth projects aimed directly at increasing Atome's user base and market penetration

in Malaysia for online and offline channels.

Growth Experiments: Continuously pitch, build, and test offline growth loops (e.g.,

location-specific referral incentives, on-site first-purchase triggers, and physical-to-digital

bridge mechanics) to systematically lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)).

Funnel Optimization: Run data-driven project sprints focused on optimizing specific

stages of the user lifecycle—from initial onboarding and profile completion to increasing

transaction frequency.

Retention Sprints: Develop project-based retention mechanics and incentive

frameworks to build purchasing habits and maximize user lifetime value via loyalty

initiatives.

Reactivation Campaigns: Design and deploy targeted growth initiatives to win back

churned users and re-engage dormant segments.

Data Optimisation: Leverage BI analyst insights to inform segmentation, targeting, and

lifecycle optimization

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Partner with the Brand & Campaigns Lead to ensure all CRM and partnership initiatives

align with brand tone and visual standards.

  • Work closely with BI to analyze campaign effectiveness, optimize spend, and refine

targeting strategies.

  • Coordinate with Operations and Account Management to reflect key value propositions

in all campaign initiatives.

  • Manage, mentor, foster a collaborative and performance-driven team culture aligned

with company values

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, lifecycle

management, or loyalty/event-based marketing within fintech, tech, e-commerce, or

consumer app environments.

  • Solid grasp of customer loyalty mechanics, behavioral economics, and reward-program

structures that drive repeat consumer habits

  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Braze,

MoEngage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) - added advantage

  • Analytical mindset with experience using customer data to drive campaign segmentation

and optimization

  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage external partner

relationships

  • Experience with offline campaign activations or merchant-led events is a strong

advantage

  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
