What You'll Do
- Own the overall growth marketing strategy across different customer segments and acquisition channels.
- Plan and prioritise growth experiments to improve acquisition, conversion, and revenue.
- Run A/B tests, analyse results, and turn insights into actionable improvements.
- Identify growth opportunities using data from multiple platforms.
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Data teams to drive company-wide growth initiatives.
- Measure marketing performance and connect every initiative back to business impact.
- Continuously improve processes and build scalable growth systems.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Demand Generation, or similar roles.
- Experience owning growth strategy, not just campaign execution.
- Strong experimentation mindset and comfortable making data-driven decisions.
- Startup or scale-up experience is highly preferred.
- Someone who enjoys building from scratch and solving problems.
- High ownership and comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Data teams.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Comfortable working 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM MYT - FULLY REMOTE
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, Marketplace, or Restaurant Tech.
- Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Lightdash, or similar analytics tools.
- SQL knowledge.
- Experience leading or mentoring a team.
